David has been a sales practitioner for 20 years. During that time he has worked at many companies that are viewed as some of the best sales organizations in the world, such as ADP, CareerBuilder, ARAMARK, Outreach, and Seismic.

Working for those companies taught David an immense amount about sales leadership, process, and the proper blend of technology to drive productive sustainable growth. David is a deep thinker; he likes to truly understand what makes each company unique and then design the correct models for them to accelerate their growth. There is no one-size-fits-all for David.
Outside of work
David lives in Houston, Texas with his wife Ehrin, who is a Ph.D. psychologist. Together they have done tons of work in the sales community to elevate the awareness of the importance of mental health in sales. David blends thoughtful leadership, passion, and deep caring for people, with a scientific approach that drives repeatable proven outcomes.
When David isn't helping people solve revenue-related challenges, he loves to spend time with his son, Ian, going hiking, camping, and taking his boat out on the lake. He is also an avid traveler and foodie.
